Weekend Whatever#4 - Shadows: Part#4

There are 2 different blocks in the design...this is Block #2. You will be making 17 of this block. I hope you've all followed the pressing instructions up to this point...I spent a lot of time plotting the pressing of the strata so that the separate sections would go together and then the blocks will go together with "butted" seams.

Step Directions

1 Attach an HST to either side of 34 QSTs as shown...press toward HSTs. (Diagram 4.1)

2 Attach a QST to either side of 17 2-1/2" squares of Light...press toward Light squares. (Diagram 4.2)

3 Attach rows from step#1 to either side of rows from step#2...press toward outer rows. (Diagram 4.3)

4 Square up new block to 6-1/2".

5 Attach strata Section E to opposite sides of unit from step#4...press toward strata units. (Diagram 4.4)

6 Attach strata Section D to other 2 sides of unit from step#5...press toward strata just attached. (Diagram 4.5)

7 Square up to 10-1/2"...you should have 17 Block#2.
