You can get there via the Chuo train line. It is about a 5 minute walk from Quilt House Yama. Exit the Kichijoji station via the Central Exit. This shop is 1 block west of Kichijoji Dori. It has an extensive selection of Japanese calicoes as well as American imports. Wonderful place!!

Tokyo
On the Yamanote train line. Exit the station via the East Exit. Best selection of Japanese calicoes and the best prices in town. Kincado is closed on Thursdays.

Quilt House Yama

You can get there via the Chuo train line. It is a quick 1 minute walk from the South Exit of the Kichijoji train station. That Patchwork Place has published a book by the store's owner (in English) entitled "Honoring the Seasons". This shop is as close to an American quilt shop as you will find in Tokyo.
