I don"t know when the addictions started, It seemed as if it snuck up on me. I have worked in a fabric since 1987, and have managed it for the last 5 years. Shipment comes every Thursday, and that only means new fabrics and another fifteen or twenty new projects. We all have a could be would be maybe box in which we stash away all our new found
treasures. This box is also called a delayed shipment box.About once every few weeks we dive into our boxes and try to part with some of the stash, you must make way for the new treasures that you know will be coming soon. Then there is the customer who always shares her project, and before you know what has happened there you go again with a few more
projects. And for goodness sake when you fold fabric you just seem to find just a few more fabrics that might be needed in that quilt pattern that you saw in that new quilt book that you got off the mark down table. Its a vicious cycle. If you buy a new book you will always never have all the fabric you will need or if you have a new fabric with all the coordinating fabrics you just can't seem to find the right pattern to showcase it. Lucky I have a wonderful husband and family that just shake their heads and help me carry my new and wonderful projects into the house. I feel so much better now that i have confessed...Fran
