Windmill Block
Windmill Block

This is a block that looked challenging to me, but when I started breaking it down...it actually turned out to be fairly simple. You need 4 fabrics for this block: a WOW, or white, a medium and a dark in the same color (I used green) and a contrasting medium/dark. We will be making this one 12" finished.

  10. IMPORTANT: Please square up your finished block to be sure it is 12-1/2". If it is larger or smaller, check your seams and redo if necessary. If you do not check your measurements, your block may not join properly with other blocks easily to create a finished quilt.

This is what your block might look like.
